Thank you for choosing our products! All our products come with a 2-year warranty (excluding bulbs). This warranty covers defects in design, material, or workmanship under normal use.
If you experience any issues, please contact us at support@ravcasa.com with photos or videos of the problem. Our customer service team will respond within 12 hours. For part-related issues, we will send replacement parts free of charge.
