How Can I Cancel An Order?

How Can I Return An Item?

To initiate a return, please email us at support@ravcasa.com with photos and/or videos of the items and include your order number. Our customer service staff will assess the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information and requires a signature to prevent any loss during the return/exchange process. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and either issue a replacement for exchange or process a refund. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

How Long Is The Warranty Period?

We offer a 2-year warranty for our products. If you experience any issues or have questions about the product within 2 years of purchase, please contact us at support@ravcasa.com with pictures and videos demonstrating the problems you are facing. We will respond to your email.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Product?

We follow up on the package size of the product to choose the shipping method.
Package size under 40" is usually shipped by the courier company, and the delivery time is 9-14 days
Package size over 40" is generally shipped by ocean freight, with a delivery time of 23-29 days.
In the case of special products, our customer service will contact you to determine the time.

I Have A High Ceiling. Can I Customize The Length Of The Rods Or Cord?

If you have a high ceiling, please reach out to our customer service to confirm the required length of the rods, cords, or chains.

If you’re unsure of the specific extension needed, simply measure the height of your ceiling and send the details to us.

Our experienced designers will assist you and provide recommendations based on your measurements.

Note: Typically, we provide rods, cords, or chains up to 120 inches for customers with high ceilings. If you need a longer length, feel free to contact us directly.

How To Hang On A Vaulted Ceiling?

We provide special fittings designed specifically for vaulted ceilings, as shown in the picture. These fittings effectively solve the hanging challenge.

With the unique hanging ring, the accessories can be easily installed on vaulted ceilings. Many of our customers have successfully installed their lighting using this method. Please refer to the pictures for the circled area and installation example.

Are Bronze And Black The Same Color?

Bronze and black are distinct colors. If you're specifically looking for matte black, please confirm with our customer service, as the production processes for the two colors are different.

Do You Replace Parts Damaged During Shipping Free Of Charge?

Yes, we will provide free replacement parts if the item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. However, we do ask that you provide photos or videos to show the issue with the product.

This kind of problem is rare as we take extra precautions. We conduct multiple anti-fall tests and pack each item carefully. In addition to secure internal packaging, we also use sturdy wooden boxes to ensure the safety of glass and crystal components during transit.
